Job Access Reverse Commute Transportation - (JARC) program:

JARC transportation is for recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and their children. Transportation to job training activities is provided to eligible participants with no other means of transportation. For scheduling purposes we request a minimum 48 hour notification prior to scheduled appointment.

A DSHS case manager can make the referral by calling (509) 457-1111 or JARC@pfp.org
